Selwyn Library Draft Strategic Plan 2008-2018

April 2008, The Libraries have been working on a Strategic Plan for the last six months - a document which sets the general directions and emphasis of the Library services in the coming years.
A Draft of this plan is has now been adopted by the Selwyn District Council for consultation with customers and the community.

A copy can be downloaded from the link below, or it can be physically read at any of the Selwyn Library/Service Centre branches. Your comments are welcome - the libraries are here for the people and we want to make sure that library services are reflecting the community needs and interests. The consultation period continues until the end of May as per the Council's current consultation on 2008/2009 budgets and then all submissions will be carefully considered before final adoption and implementation.
